Jonathan Fisher
Director
Salon co-owner, Jonathan Fisher, has worked in the hairdressing industry for 20+ years. Starting as a hair stylist assisting at shows and photoshoots with some of the biggest names in the industry, he worked his way up to being a Creative Director and onto a Salon Manager for 8 years.
With a proven track record in managing successful salons and opening new businesses for some of the largest companies in the industry, Jonathan has enjoyed a variety of roles, from the salon floor at Toni & Guy and Jacks, managing salons at Headmasters, opening and managing salons for Rush and Aveda as well as General Manager for Sean Hanna. More recently, he ran operations for Jamie Stevens and now after 18 years working alongside these leading names in British hairdressing, Jonathan has opened his own salon, Palmer Fisher London, alongside his wife Nikita.
Alongside the business side of things, Jonathan’s passion is cutting. He is both a men’s hair specialist and a cutting specialist for both men and women. Jonathan also has a love for working with apprentices and helping the next generation of hairdressers to find their confidence. All in all, Jonathan has the perfect skills to lead the way here at Palmer Fisher London.
Nikita Fisher
Creative & Technical Director
Salon co-owner, Nikita Fisher, has over 20 years’ experience as a professional hairdresser. Whilst she loves all aspects of the craft, colour is her passion. Nikita has a love for bold transformations blondes and vivids, creating show stopping looks on anyone's hair she colours.
An award-winning hair stylist from New Zealand, Nikita moved to the UK 15 years ago. Since arriving in the UK, Nikita has worked with some of the biggest and most acknowledged stars in the hairdressing industry, including working for Rush, Cobella, Paul Falltricks, Brooks & Brooks and most recently Jamie Stevens.
So far in the UK Nikita has won the London region of the L’Oreal Colour Trophy as well as the Colour Genius award at the 2020 Colour World awards, she has also finalised for Colour Technician of the Year in the 2018 British Hairdressing Awards, and more recently was one of on five finalists in The Visionary category at the 2020 Creative Head It List awards. She has also won the London region of the Loreal colour trophy, and took home 3rd place overall in the whole of the United Kingdom.
Nikita's passion and positivity are a constant source of inspiration and motivation for the team at Palmer Fisher London. Owning her own salon has been an aspiration for so long, and to do so now alongside her husband, Jonathan, is a dream come true!

Senior Stylist
With almost 11 years of experience, Amanda’s journey in hairdressing began in Brazil and flourished in London’s vibrant fashion scene. She has a true passion for creative colors, expert blonding, and precision cutting - always combining technical skill with artistic vision.
For Amanda, hairdressing is more than just styling - it’s about building connections, earning trust, and helping clients see their beauty in new ways. She thrives on creating personalized transformations that reflect each individual’s personality, lifestyle, and confidence.
Always learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of her craft, Amanda’s goal is to make every appointment a moment of creativity, care, and inspiration.
Mia
Stylist
I'm Mia, a friendly, bubbly bundle of energy who loves making friends and meeting new people!
Since joining, I have received an intense training mentorship by Nikita and Jonathan. My journey at Palmer Fisher London has been nothing short of amazing and my hairdressing experience and skills have excelled significantly - I couldn’t be learning from anyone better!
Styling and working with colour is my forte. I also enjoy wedding and fashion up-dos as they really let your creativity spark! Outside of the salon you will find me constantly exploring new countries and places (mainly where I can get a tan!), spending quality time with loved ones, trying new foods and dancing the night away at festivals and raves, where I get inspired by the unique styles.
Dexter
Stylist
Hey guys, my name is Dex (aka Dexter’s Lab) and I have been working on high end hair for over 10 years.
My journey started in Marylebone, trying to finance my music career. This lead me into the hair industry where I have had the privilege to work in some the best salons in the world. I am fully qualified with my level 2 & 3 NVQ and throughout my career I have constantly enhanced my skills.
My whole theory on hair is to make sure the client is happy from start to finish and is satisfied with the result. To make someone feel good about one's self is the ultimate result. Hair is Life!
I’m known as the “Bad boy” in hair - I didn’t choose hair, hair chose me. What you see is what you get and being autistic, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love helping others develop their skills and giving them an outlet as mental health is so important.
